The George Quiz Champion's League

For the next ten weeks, i have decided to have a "Champions Of Champions" competition, with an as yet undisclosed prize (still working on The George manager - watch this space). After much deliberation, i have chosen to award points for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th placed teams at each week's quiz rather than amalgamate the total quiz scores. This gives teams a chance to "catch up" if they miss a week and i think is a fairer way of scoring.

So, for last night's quiz, hereafter known as "Week One", the scores are as follows:

The Diggers On Tour - 5 points

Captain Natalia ( aka The Tailors Of Tehran!!) - 4 points

Arse Pizza (feat. Voodoo Badger) - 3 points

The DIY Ramblers - 2 points

Alan's Love Asylum - 1 point
